I try to keep this calendar of events as up to date as possible, but please contact me to make sure that your event date is still available.  2017-18 dates are booking up quickly, therefore I cannot hold your date without a minimum deposit.  A deposit equal to 50% of the contract value (or $100 minimum) is required to secure a date and time commitment for your wedding.  This retainer fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by Vendor due to cancellation.  Without a minimum deposit, your event date is not secure.  The deposit can be transferred to another date, if both parties agree, and if the Vendor has the date available, subject to current terms, conditions, and pricing.  The balance is due one month prior to the event date.  All monies paid are non-refundable.

To reserve your date and time, please contact me to confirm availability.

Be aware of the Tides and what time the Sun will rise and set when choosing your ceremony date and time.  The ideal time for a ceremony is after high tide, before low tide.  For evening ceremonies, it is recommended to have the ceremony no later than one hour before sunset.  This allows time for the ceremony itself (15 minutes on average), and still leaves plenty of time for pictures with family, wedding party, and newlywed photos with your photographer, before you lose the best light.
